126, 251);">凌晨3點(diǎn)50，上海松江區(qū)新橋鎮(zhèn)零工驛站前，已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了第一位農(nóng)民工。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">接下來短短一小時，這里涌入了幾百名務(wù)工者。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">他們沒有學(xué)歷，沒有背景，干的主要是綠化、園林、建筑等苦活累活。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">很多人就組團(tuán)租住在附近，每天凌晨守在這里，等待一個零工機(jī)會。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size:18px;">他們中的大多數(shù)，都已經(jīng)五六十歲，白發(fā)蒼蒼。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size:18px;">在很多人眼中，應(yīng)該頤養(yǎng)天年的年紀(jì)，但因上有老下有小，他們不得不出來“找錢”。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">如果運(yùn)氣好，他們能接到一些零工。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">有幾天、十幾天、一個月的，每天十幾個小時，能賺200多塊。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">但這活也要“搶”，因?yàn)槿硕嗷钌佟?lt;/b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">很多時候都是干一天，要閑著五六天，所以每次有老板過來，他們都會一窩蜂的涌過去。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">追著車子跑過幾條街，用最卑微的語氣推銷自己：“老板，我有力氣，讓我試試！”</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">與此同時，城市的另一頭，有人還沒下班。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">另一個博主，拍下了凌晨兩點(diǎn)后的上海。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">凌晨02:47分，陸家嘴的大樓仍舊燈火通明，高級打工人還在電腦前改方案、做報表。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">凌晨03:16分，精疲力盡的打工人拖著沉重的步伐打車回家，短暫休息后又要迎接新一天的挑戰(zhàn)。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">凌晨03:52分，還有外賣小哥在送餐，只為了多賺那幾塊錢。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:18px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">凌晨四點(diǎn)半，外灘的施工隊結(jié)束了通宵作業(yè)，安全帽下是布滿血絲的雙眼。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">5點(diǎn)半，首班地鐵載著睡眼惺忪的通勤族，又開始了新一天的奔波。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">有人說，上海是座永不眠的城市。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">可在這繁華背后，藏著多少人的咬牙堅持？</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">這一幕幕，心酸又現(xiàn)實(shí)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">這世界就是這樣：白天黑夜，永遠(yuǎn)都有人在上班。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">從底層勞工到金融精英，從白發(fā)老人到初出茅廬的學(xué)生，每個人都在自己的賽道上拼命奔跑。</b></p><p 251);">看到這些不知為何，突然之間開解了。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">我們總抱怨工作辛苦，抱怨加班熬夜，抱怨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)難纏。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">可當(dāng)看到凌晨街頭那些為了生活拼盡全力的身影，突然明白：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">原來不是工作選擇了我們，而是我們需要這份工作來對抗生活的不確定性。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">正如老話說的：“手里有活，心里不慌?！?lt;/b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">對普通人而言，比起上班的苦，沒有工作的焦慮與迷茫才是真正的災(zāi)難。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">前幾天刷到濟(jì)南招聘會的視頻。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">很殘忍很現(xiàn)實(shí)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">博主是山東財經(jīng)大學(xué)的一名研究生，她本以為以自己的學(xué)歷，怎么都能在招聘會上挑挑揀揀，可去了現(xiàn)場被狠狠上了一課。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">在這里，本科生泛濫到根本沒什么機(jī)會。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">一所普通中學(xué)招聘老師，已經(jīng)卷到了博士后。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">口腔醫(yī)院，也是要求博士后。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">好的工作，基本學(xué)歷要求都卷到了碩博。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">就算有放寬到碩士的，也有一大堆博士拿著簡歷，在向下內(nèi)卷。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">再看看私企，工資普遍在四五千左右。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">但要么是一個人干幾個人的活，要么只有單休，要么只交五險沒有一金，就連那四五千的工資，有的還需要達(dá)成業(yè)績才能拿到。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">博主和朋友，手持碩士、應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生雙重保險，轉(zhuǎn)了一圈只投出了兩三份簡歷。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">可是有一家公司，只招8個人，卻收到了800份簡歷。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">這懸殊的數(shù)字，剖開了就業(yè)市場血淋淋的真相。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">如今的職場上，學(xué)歷早已通脹，內(nèi)卷之下，公司壓價越來越低，大家都在向下內(nèi)卷，爭破頭去搶一個低階崗位。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, font-size:18px;">而即便作品做到極致，發(fā)布后可能依舊石沉大海，播放量寥寥無幾，努力也全是白費(fèi)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size:18px;">廣告合作看似輕松，實(shí)則要面對甲方的嚴(yán)苛要求，反復(fù)修改方案，還要擔(dān)心數(shù)據(jù)不達(dá)標(biāo)影響口碑。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size:18px;">網(wǎng)紅行業(yè)的殘酷在于，它太過依賴運(yùn)氣，即便拼盡全力，也未必能收獲相應(yīng)回報。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">人們只看到頭部網(wǎng)紅的風(fēng)光，卻忽略了千千萬萬默默耕耘卻難有起色的從業(yè)者，他們才是人間真實(shí)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">除了網(wǎng)紅，老師也常被視作“好工作”。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">可三尺講臺背后，是備課到深夜的疲憊，是批改作業(yè)到眼花的辛勞，是處理學(xué)生矛盾的焦頭爛額，是應(yīng)對家長溝通的小心翼翼。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">更不用說課后的教研培訓(xùn)、職稱評審，都像一座座大山壓在肩頭。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">還有不少人認(rèn)為，考上公務(wù)員就能過上喝茶看報的清閑日子。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">但如今基層公務(wù)員的工作狀態(tài)，遠(yuǎn)非想象中那般輕松。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">他們不僅要應(yīng)對繁雜的報表、材料，還要直面群眾訴求，處理各種突發(fā)狀況?！?+2”“白加黑”成了工作常態(tài)，績效考核、晉升壓力也如影隨形。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">其實(shí)，每份職業(yè)都是一座圍城。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">城外的人想進(jìn)去，城里的人想出來。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">我們總覺得別處的工作更美好，殊不知每份職業(yè)都裹著蜜糖的砒霜。</b></p><p 251);">最瘋狂的暑期促銷季，他和團(tuán)隊在辦公室打地鋪，累了就用冷水洗臉，餓了啃兩口泡面。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">最可惡的是，辛苦談成的訂單，老板總能以各種理由克扣提成。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">可即便如此，他還是說自己很感謝工作。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">他寫道：“有人問我恨不恨工作？”</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">“怎么會恨呢？至少靠著這些工作，我把老家的土坯房翻修成磚瓦房，給父親裝上了假肢，現(xiàn)在還能握著父親的手說‘別怕，有我在’?！?lt;/b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">這句話讓無數(shù)人破防。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b
