自駕西藏旅行筆記——走進墨脫羅新權 4月7日至9日［行程概述］ <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">4月7日——</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">早晨8:30離開雅魯藏布大峽谷景區(qū)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">10:30趕到林芝市政務服務中心辦理邊境通行證。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">沒想到復印身份證和有關證件全部免費。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">想到西藏全境高速公路免費，學前教育至高中教育15年免費，西藏已經具備了社會主義高級階段的某些特征。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">下午抵達波密縣。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">入住嘉恒·冰川主題酒店。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:22px;">4月8日——</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">早晨9:30離開波密前往墨脫。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">中午2點抵達墨脫縣。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">入住維也納國際酒店。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">下午，參觀墨脫縣門珞歷史文化遺產博物館。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">4月9日——</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">上午10:00游覽果果糖大拐彎景區(qū)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">中午返回波密縣。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">下午16:30抵達波密縣嘉恒·冰川主題酒店。</b></p> 走進墨脫 <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">墨脫縣是全國最后一個通公路的縣城。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">由于地質環(huán)境復雜，氣候惡劣多變，墨脫縣常年孤懸喜馬拉雅山東側一隅，一直不通公路。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">1980年才開始修建通往波密縣的公路，直到1994年才修通一條簡易公路。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">此后，因為塌方、泥石流、雪崩等原因，公路時通時斷。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">直到2008年11月開工建設扎墨公路，2013年10月底全線通車。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">扎墨公路是一條典型的景觀大道，一天經歷四季。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"><span class="ql-cursor">?</span>隨著海拔升高，公路兩側的闊葉林、針葉林交替出現(xiàn)。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">積雪也越來越厚。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">這些積雪明顯是雪崩造成的。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">在經常發(fā)生雪崩的路段建起了封閉式廊道。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">隨時待命的鏟雪車。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">如此粗大的防滑鏈我也是第1次見到。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">在達木洛巴民族鄉(xiāng)稍事休息。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">在西藏旅行的這10多天，我感到自治區(qū)的基層組織建設抓的很有成效。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">與服務區(qū)的珞巴族工作人員聊了會天。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">她們鄉(xiāng)只有1000人。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">她在這里提供熱水、免費咨詢等服務，另外兼賣一些土特產品。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">繼續(xù)前行。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">接近嘎隆拉山口時，海拔升高到4100米左右。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">雪山聳峙，云霧籠罩。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">?山頂積雪終年不化。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">近距離地接近雪山對于很多游客還是第1次。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">嘎隆拉隧道。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">?全長3360米，是扎墨公路的控制性工程。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">穿過隧道，經過七繞八拐，逐漸進入低海拔的雅魯藏布江峽谷地帶。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">行至格林村附近，公路右側一彎磅礴壯闊的江面展現(xiàn)在眼前，這就是著名的林多大拐彎。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">碧綠的雅魯藏布江繞著郁郁蔥蔥的山巒轉了180度，滔滔不絕地向下游奔去。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">當海拔降到800米左右時，路兩旁的植被呈現(xiàn)出典型的亞熱帶雨林氣候特點。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">墨脫縣的芭蕉又大又密實。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">很難想象，在雪域高原的西藏竟然有熱帶水果。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">沿途村民在售賣自家山坡上的芭蕉，每斤4元。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">稱了幾斤。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">口感甜糯，回甘稍有些發(fā)澀。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">典型的野生品種。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">進入神秘的墨脫縣山門。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">縣城不大。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">坐落在一條山谷里。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">?全縣人口只有16,000人。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">縣域經濟不算很強。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">但是潛力巨大。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">中央已決定投資10,000億元在墨脫縣雅魯藏布江下游建設一座巨型水電站，發(fā)電量是三峽水電站的三倍以上。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">到那時，墨脫縣的縣域經濟將傲視全國。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">水電站的建成將徹底改變南亞區(qū)域經濟戰(zhàn)略布局，對印度形成有力的牽制。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">參觀博物館。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">展品不算豐富。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">通過圖片、部分實物展現(xiàn)了門巴族和珞巴族的生活、風俗及文化情況。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">在街上隨便閑逛。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">買了一口墨脫石鍋。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">在一家上海小餐館吃餛飩時，通過老板介紹，便宜300元買下了這口石鍋。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">墨脫石鍋選用當?shù)靥厥獾脑硎斯よ徶?，其特殊的微孔結構尤其擅長煲湯。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">次日上午，游覽果果塘大拐彎。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">這是雅魯藏布江流經中國境內的最后一個美麗大拐彎。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">形狀與林多大拐彎有點像，但是其環(huán)形的完整度要好于前者。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">河谷兩岸茂盛的茶園。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">墨脫縣的茶葉因為特殊的地理和氣候條件被稱為金葉子。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">墨脫過去并不產茶葉，從2012年起，在援藏工作隊的扶持和幫助下開始大規(guī)模種植茶葉。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">如今已成為農民增收的重要經濟作物。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">返程途中，在距離波密縣10公里處遇到了一群藏獼猴。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">它們體型不大，但長相秀美。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">行為舉止還算客氣。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">吳老師把中午買的芭蕉分給它們吃了。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">猴群有嚴格的等級觀念。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"><span class="ql-cursor">?</span>長輩先吃芭蕉芯，晚輩再吃香蕉皮兒。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">傍晚，到波密安排好住宿后，再次前往上次去過的這家小店，又干了一鍋石鍋雞。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">在林芝吃了幾家石鍋雞，還是這家的味道最好。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">墨脫之行結束了。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">行程雖然艱難，但是了卻了我多年的一樁夙愿。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">如果不去墨脫，我的西藏之行將留下深深的遺憾。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b
